I discovered that setting thirty minute intervals, minimum, for reading and writing on a daily basis has most definitely helped a ton. I tend to overestimate the amount of time a task takes and underestimate how much I can achieve over a small span of time. This post was insightful. Thank you!
Thank you Newley for the input. Indeed, we only need 30 minutes of consistency daily. working with a constraint helps us move further than we could think.
