If you don't get your foundations right, when you apply tools and automations to it, you're only going to suck fast.

Ensure you have the basics figured out before you start scaling.

This hit home.

The pressure to be relentlessly productive can sneak in even when you’re doing work you love. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause, reset, and ask: What actually matters today? Thanks for putting this into words so clearly.
