You might have come across certain phrases on social media such as “lock in” or “become a ghost” popularized by different content creators.

While they do have a point, the basic idea different creators are trying to put across is that to achieve any goal, you need to focus.

But how do you focus?

#1 The Hanoi Hilton

During the Vietnam war, James Bond Stockdale (1923–2005), a U.S. Navy Vice Admiral and Medal of Honor recipient, was shot down over North Vietnam on September 9th 1965.

Stockdale, along with others, were now prisoners of war in the infamous Hỏa Lò Prison known as the Hanoi Hilton.
