Happy New Year 2026!

Our conversation during this first week of the year concerns new year resolutions.

We want to start with definite goals that will guide us during the rest of the year.

The question we are addressing is:

What is the better alternative to creating new year’s resolutions that works?

Why ask about better alternatives?

Well, because Forbes Health in 2024 showed that only a mere 1% of people keep their resolutions for 11 or 12 months.

The rest abandon them, some even as early as a few weeks into the new year.

As we discussed in the last post, your new year’s resolution will only be a wishlist unless you address the habits needed to achieve your desired outcomes.

In short, the 99% who abandon their new year resolutions do so because they don’t create habits out of them.

We introduced one method to help us create habits that pulled us towards our final end year goal.

Didn’t read?

Here it is.

In today’s post, we now introduce two extra methods that help you create habits and daily actions from the new year’s resolution that you set this week.

The aim is to add 3 unique methods to your arsenal to help you achieve not only your new year’s resolutions but also, any goal you set in life.

We also have a new workbook you can use to begin practicing the lessons from this week’s newsletter and future issues.

Let’s get started.
